An Ode to Spring

I listen to the breeze sing,
As the air strums to a different string,
The bees are in love, soften their sting,
The boughs, laden with colour, sway and swing
While the birds take flight on a joyous wing
Oh, what splendour it brings
When it arrives gently, graceful Spring,
To each and every little thing.
